I take the stuff about 2 hours before I want to get to bed because that's how long it takes to get me to feel relaxed enough to want to stop what I'm doing and floss and brush my teeth and sleep.

Taking melatonin and doxylamine succinate together on a regular basis? Why? And I absolutely DO NOT dream on the stuff.Part of why I think I sleep the extra 2 hours is that I don't get any REM during the night, which makes me go back to sleep for 2 hours of vivid dreams.

Personally, if I were thinking of combining drugs of any sort, I'd ask a pharmacist for their opinion.
